Based in Prince George’s County since its inception, our lawyers have been representing people and companies in jury trials in Upper Marlboro for decades. Since 2001 our office has been located in Greenbelt, on Ivy Lane in Capital Office Park, providing walking access to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Our office location provides our clients and visitors with the convenience of easy access from the Capital Beltway (I-495) and the Greenbelt Metro Station. We appreciate the opportunity to represent the people and businesses of Prince George’s County.

Located adjacent to Washington, D.C., most of our lawyers are members of both the Maryland and District of Columbia bars, and regularly practice in both jurisdictions. For many of our insurance and self-insured clients, our firm provides representation in courts throughout the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Our lawyers are a diverse group, and live throughout the region from Washington, D.C. to Baltimore City.

We regularly appear in all of the County Circuit courts within the greater Baltimore-Washington corridor, and not infrequently in the far-western courts of Garrett and Allegheny and those of Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Our office is located just off the Capital Beltway between the exits for I-95 and the Baltimore Washington Parkway (295), providing easy access and alternative routes to both Baltimore and Washington. Our location often makes us the office of choice for mediations in cases pending throughout the region. For our out-of-state clients and visitors, the Greenbelt Marriott is immediately next door.

Our experience in products liability, toxic exposures, and asbestos litigation has led to our firm appearing as lead trial counsel in cases throughout the country. Over the past decade, our firm has appeared in cases pending in numerous jurisdictions, including California, Ohio, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New York, and Massachusetts.

We also often serve as local counsel for cases involving issues of national scope, most often in the areas of products liability and environmental and toxic torts, where we work closely with the client’s National Coordinating Counsel. Our local counsel activities often involve cases in the nearby U.S. District Court, which is a short walk from our office.
